Music Industry Learning Limited provides its Service to Users of this Website subject to the following terms which may be updated by Us from time to time without notice to You. Please read these terms and Our privacy policy carefully before using the Site. Your Use of the Website is subject to Your acceptance of this Contract, and when You access, browse, or Use this Website, You accept, without limitation or qualification, the Agreement as if You had signed it. The following headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of this Agreement.
Service
We cannot guarantee that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. We reserve the right to suspend access to the Website between the 07.00 and 09:00 GMT on any day. There may be occasions when access to the Website is interrupted for emergency maintenance or repairs or to carry out upgrades to improve the performance or functionality of the Website and the Products and Services offered via the Website. Access may also be interrupted due to failures of server or other electronic equipment, which are beyond Our control. The receipt of the Services is personal to You and You may not transfer Your rights to access the course Materials or to receive the Services to another person unless We have consented in writing to You doing so.
Quality of Service
We will use reasonable skill and care in the performance of the Services. We will provide the Services in accordance with the course description which is set out on the Website. We do not make any commitment to You that the content of the Services will meet any specific requirements. We expect You to take reasonable care to verify that the course in question will meet Your needs. We do not make any commitment to You that You will obtain any particular result from Your receipt of the Services or that You will obtain any particular qualification from Your receipt of the Services.

Copyright in the course notes and learning Materials are owned to Us unless otherwise stated. The Materials are licensed to You by Us for Your personal, non-commercial use only. The Music Industry Learning logos, marks and Websites are the property of MIL. You agree not to copy, reproduce, upload, post, display or Use in any way any of the copyrighted material without Our prior written consent. You acknowledge and agree that the Materials, Website and any necessary software used in connection with the Website and other content provided by Us or Our tutors contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, exploit or create derivative works based on the Website, Materials or the software, in whole or in part.
Enrolment
Applications for all courses must be made through Our Website. For face to face tuition please email Us for further information. All sections of the online application form must be completed before submitting to Us. We reserve the right to reject incomplete applications. We also reserve the right to reject applications without giving reason. It is Your responsibility to ensure that personal details held by Us are up to date. We will not be liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information, therefore You must inform Us immediately if there are any changes in Your circumstances, such as name, address, email address or telephone number. By accepting Enrolment on to a course, You confirm that You have read, understood and agree to these terms & conditions. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Applicants must be 16 years of age or over.
Delivery and Materials
All digital materials are available on our Site. All physical materials such as books must be inspected upon delivery and you shall inform Us immediately if there are any damages or omissions. You will be deemed to have accepted the Materials if You do not notify Us within seven days after delivery. All learning Materials provided are intended for individual personal use and are protected under copyright law and may not be published, copied, sold, lent or otherwise reproduced or distributed.
Delivery of Products
We will despatch Your order for a physical product within 48 hours of receipt of Your order. Unless otherwise agreed, We will despatch the Goods by standard post. For delivery prices, use the shopping cart. We must be notified of any damaged Goods within 24 hours of receipt. You are required to notify Us of the reason behind such return in writing prior to returning Goods. The customer will be sent a replacement copy of any damaged Goods within 48 hours of receiving the original order from You. All prices exclude delivery. We make every reasonable effort to deliver all products with the delivery time-frame specified at the time of ordering. If We are unable to do this, We will notify You immediately. If the alternative delivery date is not convenient, then We will cancel Your order and provide a refund if Your card or account has been debited. All delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur. An emails will be sent by Us, to confirm that Your order has been dispatched. Delivery times quoted on the Website are estimations only and are based on working days. Digitally delivered products are available for download or to view on our website immediately after payment has been made.
Tutor Support
All courses come with tutor support of varied lengths. The period of tutor support is quoted alongside the course details on the courses web page. If requested, We may at Our sole discretion extend the support period for an agreed fee. Support can only be provided during the hours of 6am and 6pm GMT.
Logging In
When You Enrol for a course, You will be provided with a username and password. As You are responsible for all activities that occur under Your username and password, You should take care to keep this information confidential. You must notify Us of any unauthorised use of Your username or password without delay or if You believe that Your username or password are no longer confidential. You can log onto the Website from any computer using Your assigned username and password but You should be aware that not all computers have the software that will enable You to access all of the Materials. For further advice You should contact Your music industry consultant.
Code of Conduct and Attendance
All learners shall maintain a professional conduct throughout the course. Abusive behaviour will under no circumstances be tolerated. Learners who leave their course early will not receive a certificate nor any further learning Materials. If We do not hear from You and cannot make contact with You for four weeks, then We reserve the right to terminate the course early without refunding any payments already made to Us.
Special Needs
You must notify Us of any special needs, for example a disability that You wish to be taken into consideration for the provision of the course so that suitable arrangements can be made.
Pricing, Payment Details, Course Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees must be paid at least 48 hours before the course is due to commence. All courses are free to those who meet both the following criteria; you reside in the city of Salford, United Kingdom and are in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance or Income Support. Please contact us if you claim other benefits as we may be able to help. Course fees are shown in the Courses section of this Site. Course fees cover training, support and a certificate. We reserve the right to change the price of Our Products and Services without notice and reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company. Money is deducted from Your card or account upon placement of order. We do not offer a Direct Debit Scheme. We Use PayPal, Moneybookers, NoChex and Google Checkout to process payments securely. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All prices and delivery charges are shown in Great British Pounds. For an approximate currency conversation, please visit http://www.xe.com/ucc/. We also accept cheques and British postal orders made payable to Music Industry Learning Limited. We are unable to accept postal orders produced in other countries. We agree to sell and You agree to buy Our products and Services for the prices quoted on Our Sites and on the terms set out in this Agreement. Under no circumstances shall We be deemed to have received payment until cleared payment has actually been received by Us.
Refunds/Returns/Cancellations
We will refund the price or exchange any product found to be faulty. The cost of returning faulty of damaged Goods is the responsibility of the Customer. It is not possible to cancel an order for a digitally delivered product such as an e-book, e-course or video for example. Therefore, once payment has been made, regrettably We are unable to process a refund. Please ensure that the Product or Service You are purchasing is suitable before checking out on the shopping cart system. Cancellation of any physical product must be done within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing info@musicindustrylearning.com. We will not be held liable for any damages or loss incurred as a consequence of a course cancellation or change (including but not limited to: change of course content, class times and dates for example). Your statutory right under the consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, allows You seven days from the day after receipt of Materials in which to make a written request for cancellation. Emails or telephone cancellations are not acceptable methods of cancellation. MIL only accepts cancellations in writing delivered by recorded (signed for) mail. After seven days, We are unable to cancel an order.
Warranty
We warrant that the Goods are of a satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for their normal purpose. We do not give any other warranties in respect of the Goods, their condition or delivery, and any warranties implied by statute are excluded to the fullest extent permissible under law. We do not offer any warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in any of the Goods, the documents and related graphics published in this Site; or any of the products of whatever nature details of which appear on this Site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect any statutory rights You may have.

Our Website is updated regularly and will indicate whether a particular product is in stock or not.
